My Background
I was born in beautiful Guanajuato, Mexico. When I was 5 years old, my parents decided to move to Mazatlán. Growing up on the Pacific Coast I fell in love with the ocean, but I always had the desire to go back to Guanajuato to pursuit my dream of becoming an Architect. I had, and still have, a passion for arts, building, design and creativity.  At 18 years old, I moved to Guanajuato and began my college degree in Architecture at the University of Guanajuato. During college, I rediscovered my passion for painting. After graduating college, I lived and worked as an Architect in various cities, ending in Tijuana, Mexico. In 2001, I moved to Los Angeles, California working in construction, as a Tile Setter, and a bathroom/kitchen Designer. I moved to Palm Springs from Long Beach, California during the pandemic and now I’m a full-time artist.

My Medium
Uncommitted to any particular medium, I have been working on paintings using oils, wax, and acrylic paint. I’m looking forward to experiment with different techniques in the future!
